Qualifications: Required
Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Materials Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, Welding Engineering, or Materials Science Engineering, graduating in 2026
United States citizenship
Less than 1 year of post-graduation work experience
Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance through US DOD
Preferred
Internship, co-op, senior design project, research, or other project experience
Involvement in clubs, sports, or other campus activities
Skills:
Ability to collaborate, ask questions, and learn quickly
Growth mindset
Strong materials engineering fundamental knowledge
Passion for problem solving
Strong verbal communication
