We\'re hiring an
Occupational Therapist (OT)
to provide pediatric therapy services focused on helping children build independence, confidence, and essential life skills. This role works collaboratively with families and a multidisciplinary clinical team to deliver high-quality, individualized care.
Responsibilities
Evaluate pediatric clients and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans
Provide hands-on therapy to support fine motor skills, sensory integration, self-care, and daily living activities
Collaborate with speech therapists, ABA clinicians, and families to support overall treatment goals
Track progress, adjust treatment plans, and maintain accurate clinical documentation
Educate caregivers on strategies and exercises to support progress at home
Participate in team meetings, care coordination, and treatment planning
Requirements
Licensed Occupational Therapist (or license-eligible) in Texas
Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
Experience working with pediatric clients preferred
Strong communication, clinical reasoning, and organizational skills
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-based environment
