TS/SCI w/ Poly RPA (UiPath) Engineer

Job Description

We are seeking a Mid-Level UiPath Bot Engineer to design, build, deploy, and sustain secure, high-performing software bots within a TS/SCI-cleared, SCIF-based environment. This role is focused on bot engineering, including workflow development, orchestration, exception handling, and operational sustainment of unattended and attended bots supporting mission and enterprise processes.

Key Responsibilities (Bot Engineering Focus):

Design, develop, and deploy UiPath bots (attended and unattended) using UiPath Studio

Engineer end-to-end automation workflows, including selectors, data manipulation, and system interactions

Configure and manage bot execution using UiPath Orchestrator (queues, triggers, schedules, assets)

Build reusable bot components and libraries to support scalable automation development

Skills and Requirements

Active TS/SCI clearance with Poly

DoD 8570 IAT Level II or III certification (Security+ CE, CASP+, CISSP)

3–6 years of IT experience, including 2+ years of hands-on UiPath bot development

Strong experience building and deploying UiPath bots (Studio, Orchestrator, Robots)

Experience engineering unattended automation solutions in production environments

Solid understanding of bot lifecycle management, including development, deployment, and sustainment

Education Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical field

Substitution:

An additional 4 years of relevant experience may be substituted in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree - UiPath Advanced RPA Developer Certification

Familiarity with ServiceNow / ServiceCentral for incident and change tracking
