Senior Quantity Surveyor: Major Aviation Projects – Dubai

Tier-1 International Cost Consultancy
to identify a high-calibre
Chartered Senior Quantity Surveyor
for their Dubai operations. This is a strategic appointment focused on the delivery of some of the most prestigious airport infrastructure developments globally.
The Role of the Senior Quantity Surveyor Aviation
As a Senior Cost Consultant, you will provide expert technical leadership across both Pre- and Post-Contract phases. Aviation projects present unique challenges, from complex airside infrastructure to specialized terminal technology. We are looking for a surveyor with the professional gravitas to manage high-value accounts and interface with global stakeholders.
Candidate Requirements (Mandatory)
Candidates must meet all of the following criteria:
Professional Qualification:
MRICS Chartered Status is mandatory
(Quantity Surveying route).
Industry Experience:
Minimum
10 years post-degree experience
exclusively within a
Tier-1 Cost Consultancy (PQS) .
Sector Expertise:
Substantial and proven experience in
Major Airport Projects
(Terminals, Runways, or Airport Infrastructure).
Consultancy DNA:
Candidates with purely contractor-side backgrounds need not apply.
Education:
A full-time
BSc (Hons) degree in Quantity Surveying
or Commercial Management from a recognized
Western university.
Regional Knowledge:
Prior or current experience in the
UAE or wider Middle East
is highly preferred.
Remuneration & Benefits
Our client offers a stable, long-term career path with a package that reflects the seniority of the role:
Tax-Free Salary:
30,000 – 38,000 AED Total Monthly Package
(Dependent on experience).
Annual Leave:
30 Calendar Days paid leave
per annum.
Relocation:
Mobilization and demobilization flights provided.
Healthcare:
Comprehensive Medical Cover for the UAE.
Tools:
Provision of Visa, Laptop, and Mobile Phone.
Gratuity:
Performance bonus and end-of-service benefits in accordance with Dubai Labour Law.
