Riceland Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated *Internal Medicine Doctor* to join our medical team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, treating, and managing a wide range of adult illnesses while ensuring high-quality patient care and clinical excellence.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Provide comprehensive medical care to adult patients, including diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic illnesses.
*
* Conduct routine check-ups, physical examinations, and preventive care screenings.
*
* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
*
* Interpret diagnostic tests including lab reports, imaging, and other investigations.
*
* Manage chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, and cardiovascular diseases.
*
* Collaborate with specialists and healthcare staff for integrated patient care.
*
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient medical records.
*
* Educate patients on disease prevention, health maintenance, and treatment plans.
*
* Ensure compliance with medical standards, protocols, and ethical practices.
*Qualifications & Requirements:*
* MBBS with specialization in Internal Medicine (FCPS / MD / equivalent).
*
* Valid PMDC/PMC license to practice.
*
* Proven experience in a hospital or clinical setting preferred.
*
* Strong diagnostic and clinical decision-making skills.
*
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
*Preferred Skills:*
* Experience in managing critical care cases is a plus.
*
* Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems.
*
* Strong teamwork and patient-centered approach.
