About the Role

The Company is in search of an Assistant Vice President for Treasury and Liquidity Management. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating with various teams on funding mechanics, daily management of cash and liquidity activities, and forecasting cash flow and borrowing needs. This role also involves the development of liquidity analysis tools, ensuring the timely execution of wire payments, and partnering with deal and finance teams on global Treasury needs. The Assistant Vice President will oversee margin reconciliations, provide middle and back-office support for deal funding and trade settlements, and manage resources in the Center of Excellence. Additionally, the role includes the identification of process gaps and the design of solutions to streamline work processes.

Applicants for the Assistant Vice President position should have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with a strong background in credit facilities, borrowing base calculations, and product knowledge in fixed income, bank debt, and private credit. Experience in system implementations, project management, and Treasury Management Systems is essential, as is proficiency in SWIFT payment processing. The ideal candidate will have a background in alternative asset management with a focus on credit investments, be proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced Excel, and possess a strong risk and control mindset. Strong verbal and written communication skills are also required.
