Our client is a leading brand management firm with a portfolio of globally recognized fashion, lifestyle, and sports brands is looking to hire a Licensing Manager to join their Fashion and lifestyle Brands team in their NYC office.
This is an exciting full-time opportunity to join a fast-growing company that owns and operates some of the most well-known brands across retail, fashion, and consumer products. In this role, you eill play a core role on the licensing team while working on financial, and creative initiatives across multiple fashion and lifestyle brands within the portfolio.
Core Responsibilities:
Manage licensing data, agreements, amendments, and renewals across the Fashion Brands portfolio
Track sales and royalty forecasts, compiling financial reports and brand performance summaries
Monitor licensee compliance and performance, reviewing royalty reports, sales data, and key trends
Assist with budgeting, financial planning, and analysis in partnership with the Senior Licensing Director
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to assess brand positioning and trends
Review and maintain brand assets, including style guides, brand books, and marketing materials
Evaluate CADs, packaging, and product development to ensure alignment with brand standards
Coordinate meetings, manage calendars, and support communication between internal teams and external licensing partners
Document meeting takeaways and track project deliverables
Support process improvements, special projects, and ad-hoc operational tasks for the Fashion Brands team
What We're Looking For:
Hands-on experience in licensing, brand management, or consumer products
Strong understanding of licensing agreements, terms, and contract structures
Highly xywuqvp detail-oriented with excellent organizational and project management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint (experience with “retail math” is a plus!)
Strong communication skills and a proactive, collaborative approach
Experience working with fashion brands, retail, or lifestyle products is a plus
