About the Project:
The Content Strategy and Insights Team is seeking a contractor to support a specific rights management and tracking project.
In coordination with the licensing and rights management teams, the CS&I team is responsible for tracking budgeting and execution of all licensing deals.
This includes receiving and tracking deal memos and licensing agreements.
The rights management team is currently working to set up Rightsline for the streaming organization, but the system relies on information provided by the CS&I team.
The current information is disorganized and inconsistent across.
This contractor would be responsible for going through all available licensing agreements from the past few years, properly extracting relevant information, and aggregating in one central, organized place (i.e., Airtable).
This would serve as the foundation of the information used to populate Rightsline.
The team is looking for someone extremely detail oriented, organized, collaborative, and accountable.
Skills, Knowledge, Education:
The team is looking for someone extremely detail-oriented, organized, collaborative, and accountable.
Min 2-3 years of experience as contract administrator, paralegal, licensing or prior rights management
Prior experience with Rightline is a plus
Experience with Airtable
