Responsibilities
Support design and implementation of Alternative Payment Models (APMs)
Conduct population health and cost-of-care diagnostics
Assess provider readiness for APM adoption
Support payer (MCO) alignment and engagement
Define performance measures, reporting, and shared savings structures
Required Skill Set
Value-based care models (shared savings, risk, capitation)
Provider financial performance analysis
Required Experience
10+ years in Medicaid payment reform or value-based care
Experience working with State Medicaid agencies and MCOs
Familiarity with CMS payment model guidance
