Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Receptionist/Legal Billing Specialist to support daily office operations. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience with legal billing—preferably using Sage Timeslips.

Key Responsibilities
Greet clients and manage front desk operations
Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
Prepare, edit, and manage legal documents and correspondence
Process client billing, invoices, and payments
Maintain accurate billing records using Sage Timeslips
Track billable hours and generate reports
File, scan, and organize documents (physical and digital)
Provide general administrative support to attorneys/staff
Qualifications
Prior experience in administrative, receptionist, or legal billing roles
Experience with Sage Timeslips strongly preferred
Familiarity with legal terminology and billing practices is a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills
Experience in a law firm or professional services environment
Knowledge of trust accounting and retainer management
Experience with document management systems
