We are looking for a CCIE-level Network Engineer to play a key role in the design, optimization, and support of complex enterprise network environments. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys solving challenging problems and working with modern networking technologies at scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and support complex LAN/WAN network infrastructures
- Lead network architecture, upgrades, and optimization initiatives
- Troubleshoot high-level network issues across routing, switching, and security
- Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and cloud teams on enterprise projects
- Provide escalation support and technical leadership within the network team
- Ensure high availability, performance, and security of network services
Must-Have Skills & Experience
- Active CCIE certification (Enterprise Infrastructure, Enterprise Wireless, or equivalent)
- Strong expertise in routing & switching (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, VLANs, STP)
- Deep experience with Cisco enterprise environments
- Hands-on experience with LAN/WAN, MPLS, SD-WAN
- Proven troubleshooting skills in complex, high-availability networks
- Experience working in large-scale or enterprise network environments
- Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience with firewalls and network security (Palo Alto, Fortinet, Cisco Firepower, etc.)
- Exposure to cloud networking (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Automation & scripting (Python, Ansible, Terraform)
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Wireless technologies (Cisco Wireless, WiFi 6/6E)
- Data center networking experience (ACI, Nexus, VXLAN)
- Previous experience leading projects or mentoring junior engineers
