Based in Omaha, FOCCUS serves Catholic dioceses and Christian organizations through marriage preparation and enrichment resources.________________________________________Job DescriptionThe Podcast Content & Producer Intern will support the creative development, distribution, and growth of a weekly video podcast. This role focuses on content strategy, audience engagement, platform management, and workflow development.Responsibilities include:- Review recorded podcast content and suggest edits or improvements- Identify key moments and highlights for engagement- Draft episode titles, descriptions, and summaries- Assist in setting up and managing podcast platforms (YouTube, Spotify, etc.)- Upload and publish episodes across platforms- Monitor performance metrics (views, engagement, retention, etc.)- Provide recommendations to improve reach and audience growth- Assist in preparing channels for monetization (YouTube, podcast platforms, etc.)- Provide creative input on podcast structure, flow, and delivery- Collaborate with the editor to improve overall episode quality- Document all production workflows and processes clearly so future team members can follow and scale the podcast system- Provide ongoing feedback to improve content effectiveness________________________________________Qualifications- Strong communication and writing skills- Interest in media, storytelling, or content creation- Creative thinking and attention to audience engagement- Ability to give constructive, thoughtful feedback- Organized and detail-oriented- Interest in digital media growth, YouTube strategy, or content monetization (preferred)________________________________________Learning Outcomes- Gain experience in podcast production and content strategy- Develop skills in media planning, storytelling, and audience engagement- Learn how to structure and scale a repeatable content workflow- Contribute to a growing media initiative with real-world impact________________________________________SupervisorExecutive Director, FOCCUS Marriage Ministries
