LearningRx Tysons is hiring a Sales & Office Coordinator (Director of First Impressions). This is a high-impact, entry‑level role where you’ll develop real‑world skills in client engagement, lead conversion, CRM management, and small business operations.

What You’ll Gain

Key Responsibilities
Respond to inbound leads and schedule consultations

Follow up with prospects to drive conversions

Track and manage leads in CRM system

Support onboarding, scheduling, and client communications

Assist with social media, marketing, and outreach initiatives

Maintain an organized and professional office environment

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Highly organized with attention to detail

Comfortable multitasking in a fast‑paced environment

Tech‑savvy (CRM systems, social media, Microsoft Office, AI tools a plus)

Self‑starter with a positive, growth‑oriented mindset

Schedule
Monday–Thursday: 3:30pm–8:00pm

Friday: 3pm–8pm

Saturday: 9am–1pm, occassionally
