Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Heavy Equipment Operator to join our on-site team in Nashville, TN. The role involves operating and maintaining heavy equipment to complete excavation, grading, earthmoving, and other site preparation tasks. The operator will ensure equipment is used safely and efficiently in accordance with project plans and specifications, while working closely with team members and supervisors to meet project timelines and quality standards.
Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in Equipment Operation and Heavy Equipment handling
Proficiency in Excavation and earthwork techniques
Knowledge of Used Equipment and Equipment Maintenance
Familiarity with operating tools related to civil and site construction projects
Ability to follow safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Physical ability to handle the demands of heavy equipment operation
Previous experience in civil construction is an asset
Valid certification or licensing for heavy equipment operation is preferred
