Role Description
This is a full‑time, on‑site position for a Marketing Database Specialist located in Pala, CA. Key responsibilities include maintaining and optimizing marketing databases, analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities, assisting with customer segmentation, and ensuring data integrity. The role will also involve supporting marketing campaigns with actionable insights, generating reports, and collaborating with other teams to meet business goals effectively.
Qualifications
Strong database management and analysis skills, including experience with CRM systems and data analytics tools
Proficiency in customer segmentation, data mining, and reporting
Knowledge of digital marketing, direct marketing, and campaign analysis
Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to ensure data accuracy
Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work across teams
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Data Analytics, or related field preferred
Experience in the hospitality or entertainment industry is a plus
