We are seeking an Analyst, Workforce Experience and Technology Adoption to help bridge the gap between technology investments and real world usage across our caregiver and field teams.

This role sits at the intersection of human behavior, data, and technology. You will study how caregivers and operational teams actually interact with tools in their day to day work, uncover what drives or prevents adoption, and translate those insights into practical, scalable solutions. This is an opportunity to shape how technology supports our frontline teams, ensuring tools are intuitive, workflows are efficient, and adoption leads to measurable impact across the organization.

Responsibilities
Understand Behavior and Drive Adoption

Define and track key adoption metrics such as login rates, feature utilization, time to proficiency, and task completion

Analyze user journeys across systems to identify drop off points and inefficiencies

Segment users across caregivers, field administration, and leaders to uncover behavioral patterns

Translate Insights into Action

Connect user behavior to operational outcomes such as productivity, compliance, and service delivery

Identify root causes of low adoption including usability gaps, training needs, workflow misalignment, and change resistance

Evaluate system complexity and cognitive load impacting frontline teams

Conduct Research that Reflects the Real World

Design and execute user interviews, surveys, usability testing, and field observations

Surface friction points and unmet needs across tools and workflows

Apply behavioral science principles to interpret findings and recommend solutions

Improve Workflows and Enable Change

Recommend and support targeted interventions such as workflow redesign, nudges, prompts, and training enhancements

Partner cross functionally with Workforce Enablement, HR, Operations, IT, and Product teams to implement solutions

Support pilots, measure impact, and iterate based on results

Build Feedback Loops that Scale

Help create continuous feedback mechanisms between frontline teams and corporate functions

Influence training, communication, and product design through data driven insights

Contribute to scalable strategies that improve workforce experience and technology adoption

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in UX research, behavioral analytics, product analytics, psychology, or a related field

Experience measuring and improving adoption of digital tools or platforms

Experience with research methods such as user interviews, surveys, and usability testing

Curiosity about human behavior and what drives action in real work environments

Strong empathy for frontline teams and a desire to improve their experience

Ability to connect data, workflows, and outcomes in a meaningful way

Analytical capability with tools such as Excel and comfort interpreting data

Familiarity with behavioral science concepts such as nudging, motivation, and habit formation

Ability to translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations

Strong collaboration skills and comfort working across function
