Role Description
The Senior Universal Banker role is a full‑time, on‑site position located in the Los Angeles Metropolitan Area. The individual will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, assisting clients with deposits, withdrawals, and other cash handling transactions, and providing financial advice tailored to customers’ needs. Additional responsibilities include facilitating loans, maintaining strong customer relationships, and ensuring compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements. This role also involves cross‑selling financial products and services to meet individual and team performance goals.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Deposits, Cash Handling, and Loans
Exceptional Customer Service and Communication skills
Attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial transactions
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
Prior experience in banking or financial services is preferred
Strong problem‑solving skills and a customer‑centric mindset
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or coursework in finance or related fields is a plus
