Oversee Accounts Payable, including vendor onboarding, compliance, and payment execution
Optimize DPO while maintaining strong vendor relationships and supporting procurement coordination
Own daily cash operations, including cash positioning, disbursements, and bank activity
Support short‑term cash forecasting and provide operational inputs for liquidity and borrowing base reporting

Lead, mentor, and develop AR/AP teams, including hiring, coaching, and performance management
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business (advanced degree or certifications preferred)
5–10+ years of experience in finance operations, AR/AP leadership, or operational finance

What Success Looks Like in Year One
Measurable improvements in DSO, DPO, and overall working capital performance
Streamlined and scalable AR/AP processes with improved cycle times and accuracy
Enhanced visibility into cash operations through dashboards and reporting
Successful implementation of automation and workflow improvements
A high‑performing, engaged AR/AP team aligned with business growth
