This role is responsible for overseeing Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and cash operations while driving working capital performance across the organization.

The Finance Manager will play a critical role in optimizing Order‑to‑Cash (O2C) and Procure‑to‑Pay (P2P) processes, improving cash flow, and implementing scalable systems and automation. This is an ideal opportunity for a finance leader who thrives in operational environments and enjoys improving processes, systems, and cross‑functional performance.

What You’ll Do

Lead Accounts Receivable operations, including invoicing accuracy, collections strategy, dispute resolution, and cash application

Drive improvements in DSO, aging quality, and invoice cycle time

Oversee Accounts Payable, including vendor onboarding, compliance, and payment execution

Optimize DPO while maintaining strong vendor relationships and supporting procurement coordination

Own daily cash operations, including cash positioning, disbursements, and bank activity

Support short‑term cash forecasting and provide operational inputs for liquidity and borrowing base reporting

Build and enhance scalable processes, SLAs, and controls across O2C and P2P workflows

Develop dashboards and KPIs (DSO, DPO, dispute backlog, cash conversion) to drive performance

Lead automation initiatives, including workflow tools, OCR solutions, and ERP enhancements

Serve as escalation point for complex billing, collections, and vendor issues

Partner cross‑functionally with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Legal, and Accounting to resolve process inefficiencies

Lead, mentor, and develop AR/AP teams, including hiring, coaching, and performance management

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business (advanced degree or certifications preferred)

5–10+ years of experience in finance operations, AR/AP leadership, or operational finance

Strong understanding of working capital management, O2C/P2P processes, and cash operations

Experience in high‑growth, multi‑entity, or global environments preferred

Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems and automation tools

Proven ability to lead teams, improve processes, and drive KPI performance

Strong systems mindset with a focus on data, metrics, and continuous improvement

What Success Looks Like in Year One

Measurable improvements in DSO, DPO, and overall working capital performance

Streamlined and scalable AR/AP processes with improved cycle times and accuracy

Enhanced visibility into cash operations through dashboards and reporting

Successful implementation of automation and workflow improvements

A high‑performing, engaged AR/AP team aligned with business growth
