Pay
Salaried grade 2 or 3
$51,600 - $61,600 / year, depending on experience and qualifications.
Actual salaries may vary and in some cases may be higher with extensive experience and strong performance.

Job Summary
McKee Foods Corporation is seeking a Corporate HR Shared Services Specialist to join the Corporate Human Resources Department. This position is responsible for understanding and being able to perform all of the processes handled by the Corporate HR Services team (all job movement, time keeping for TN and AZ, assessments for TN and AZ, all new hires, hospitalization
ew baby/funeral postings in TN and AZ on SharePoint); analyzing and troubleshooting problems that arise within those processes and proposing innovative solutions that will include the Lean process improvement steps; coverage when a member of the Corp HR Services team is out of the office. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Manage job movement processes, including new hires, promotions, transfers, and internal mobility
Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and best practices in all job movement activities
Assist with new hire and compliance data entry, personnel records and information integrity
Manage the pre-employment assessment process
Ensure hourly employees are coded accurately by job classification, shift, and department
Audit I9 processes (ensuring on-time completion, start date, etc.)
Process data entries related to hourly wages, position changes, new hires, transfers and other processes
Support internal and external customers in a timely manner with requests relating to payroll and HR, including employment verifications
Other duties as needed
Required Qualifications
Associate's Degree or at least 60 college credit hours
At least one year of related experience in HR or similar internship or support role
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and dependability
Confidentiality
Excellent telephone and verbal skills
Excellent writing skills with the ability to proofread and edit
Proven ability to apply independent judgment
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Confidence to work with different levels of management
Excellent human relations and teambuilding skills
Ability to work under pressure with frequent interruptions while maintaining a professional attitude
Experience in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
Ability to effectively use internet search engines as needed for job duties
Analytical skills, including ability to understand a problem and propose innovative solutions - taking into consideration departmental and corporate impact
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or related area
Experience with Workday or other HRIS applications
Experience with administrative functions of Workday Absence and Time keeping systems
Experience with employment and pay practices
Advanced Microsoft Excel or Google Worksheet capabilities (formulas, macros, pivot tables, etc.)
Advanced Microsoft Word or Google Docs capabilities (merge, tables, advanced formatting, etc.)
Familiarity with Microsoft SharePoint and Fresh Ticketing system
Familiarity with process improvement techniques such as Lean
