Production Maintenance Technician - 2nd Shift

Technical Production Assistant (2nd Shift)
Hours: 1:30 pm – 10:00 pm
Key Responsibilities
Diagnose electrical and mechanical problems with production equipment
Perform minor electrical and mechanical repairs on production equipment
Assist Maintenance and Manufacturing Engineering Services personnel as necessary with escalated issues
Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineering Services, Maintenance, and VEGA Germany to resolve manufacturing equipment problems
Train production personnel on proper use of tools and equipment
Accompany third‑party technicians when maintenance is unavailable
International travel, as required
Requirements
High school graduate or GED
3 to 6 months related experience and/or training
Or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Industrial Maintenance Technician apprenticeship or equivalent from a recognized community college or trade school is preferred but not required
