Operations focused on the Eastern United States
Consistent freight volume throughout the year
Reliable freight network primarily east of I-35 corridor
Professional dispatch support and structured planning
Income and Compensation
Weekly gross earnings from 1400 to 1800 dollars
Base pay rate of 0.56 per mile
Additional incentives for safety and performance
Direct deposit issued every Friday
Training Program Details
Paid training available for qualified entry level drivers
Duration of 3 to 5 weeks depending on performance
Requires 120 hours of accredited CDL school completion
Focus on ELD compliance and safe operation
Final evaluation required before solo assignment
Equipment and Freight
Assigned 2024 and 2025 Freightliner and Kenworth tractors
Modern fleet with consistent maintenance support
Dry van freight with no touch environment
Approximately 70 percent drop and hook operations
