
Compliance Coordinator - Customs Clearance (Bilingual KOR/ENG)

Responsibilities (But Not Limited To)
OBL distribution and documentation management
Communication with forwarders and payment processing for ocean freight and handling charges
Vendor statement review and payment processing
Sharing arrival schedules for produce containers (including air shipments) with the Produce Team
Produce import file updates and coordination with the Produce Team
Weight & Measure License renewal
Fishery License renewal
Coordination of scale inspections for new stores and processing Scale Device Permits Applications
Qualifications / Skills
Associate's degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field
Must be able to communicate fluently in both languages to coordinate with forwarders, vendors, and internal teams
Prior experience in customs clearance, logistics, or administrative compliance is preferred
Proficient in Microsoft
Strong attention to detail for managing licenses (Weight & Measure, Fishery) and permit applications
Ability to work accurately under deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Professional communication style for external vendor and agency coordination
