Job Description
Arepet Express is hiring a Night Shift Dispatcher to join our team in McAllen, TX.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is reliable, bilingual, and comfortable working overnight in a structured office environment. No dispatching experience is required — we will train the right person.
Schedule
12-hour shifts: 5:00 PM – 5:00 AM
4 days on / 4 days off rotation
Built-in extended time off every week
Pay
$14 per hour
Stable, full-time hours (consistent schedule)
What You’ll Do
Communicate with drivers to track loads and delivery status
Answer phone calls and provide updates
Monitor routes and report delays or issues
Enter basic data into tracking systems
Work independently during overnight hours
Requirements
Bilingual (English/Spanish) – required
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, apps, typing)
Previous office, call center, or desk job experience preferred
Comfortable working overnight shifts
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
