What You’ll Do
Ensure equipment and machinery operate properly and at production standards.
Understand and complete Operator PMs (preventative maintenance).
Conduct machine setup, change‑overs, and start‑ups.
Limit waste—including raw materials, finished goods, rework, parts, chemicals, supplies, and downtime.
Demonstrate urgency when production lines are not producing, while ensuring safety and quality are not jeopardized.
Ensure proper use of machines and equipment to prevent accidents and damage.
Understand and follow all Safety Policies and Procedures.
Maintain a clean and safe work area.
Monitor quality throughout the process.
Ensure bottles are free of spills and are filled to the correct weight and level.
Perform other duties as assigned.
What You’ll Bring
High School Diploma or equivalent required; experience may be considered in lieu of education.
Manufacturing/packaging experience preferred, including forklift experience.
Forklift certification strongly preferred.
Ability to work in a Safety‑First manufacturing facility.
Ability to work in a sustained, fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
Compensation & Benefits
The hourly rate range for this role in Greeley, CO is between
$17.60
–
$30.74 . Actual salary may differ based upon experience, skill set, training, licensure, certifications, location, and business needs.
