Electrical Foreman -$120-$180 a day Per Diem
Salary: $42 - $55 per hour

Job Details
The Licensed Foreman oversees electrical installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting in commercial and industrial environments. This role includes supervising crews, ensuring safety compliance, and managing project execution from layout to completion.

Key Responsibilities

Lead medium-sized crews (5–10 electricians) and set performance expectations.

Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Maintain licensing and training requirements.

Manage tools, equipment, and staffing resources effectively.

Interpret project estimates and assist with layout and installation.

Complete documentation such as logs, evaluations, and time cards.

Conduct safety audits and enforce jobsite safety protocols.

Mentor and coach crew members using structured feedback processes.

Collaborate with internal departments and utilize company resources for project support.

Maintain compliance with company policies and coordinate with HR as needed.

Foster strong customer relationships through effective problem-solving.

Participate in employee referral and mentoring programs.

Minimum Requirements
Education: Completion of an apprenticeship or equivalent work experience (8,000 hours)

Travel: 60–75%

Work Schedule: Between the hours of 6 am to 6 pm, Monday through Friday. May vary based on customer demands and can include, but is not limited to: nights, weekends, and holidays.
