What You’ll Do
Onboarding & Employee Experience

Coordinate new hire onboarding and orientation

Create a welcoming and organized first‑day experience

Support employee engagement initiatives and retention efforts

Serve as a trusted resource for employee questions and support

HR Operations & Compliance

Maintain employee records and HR documentation

Ensure compliance with California labor laws and HR best practices

Support leaves of absence, workers’ compensation, and employee relations matters

Assist with policy updates, handbooks, and internal processes

Benefits & Compensation

Support benefits administration and open enrollment

Partner with employees and carriers to resolve benefit questions;

Assist with compensation tracking, benchmarking, and HR reporting

Culture & Growth

Help foster a positive, accountable, and high‑performing culture

Support leadership with coaching, communication, and employee development initiatives

Contribute ideas to improve systems, efficiency, and employee satisfaction

Required Qualifications
What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field

Minimum 2 years of Human Resources experience

Knowledge of California employment laws and HR practices

Experience in onboarding, employee relations, or benefits administration

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Highly organized with strong attention to detail

Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with ADP Workforce Now

Healthcare, education, or multi‑site workforce experience

Bilingual skills are a plus

HR certification (PHR, SHRM‑CP) preferred
