
Wellness Specialist HRT and Peptide Specialist

This is a high-level, performance-driven position within a growing medical wellness and aesthetics center. We are seeking a candidate who is serious about leadership, growth, and results.
Experience with Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) and Peptides is required. If you do not have hands‑on experience in this area, please do not apply.
Location: Fort Myers; Employment Type: Full-Time – Tuesday through Saturday.
About the Opportunity
4Ever Young Fort Myers is seeking a Wellness Specialist (leader) who can step in, contribute immediately, and grow into a Center leader. This position is designed for someone who understands the business side of wellness, can drive revenue, and is capable of leading a team.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver a high-end, concierge-level patient experience
Educate and guide patients through HRT, peptide therapy, GLP-1 programs, and wellness services
Convert consultations into memberships and long-term treatment plans
Track labs, physicals, and ensure all compliance requirements are met
Communicate lab results clearly and confidently with patients
Maintain organization across patient follow-ups, documentation, and care plans
Drive consistent revenue growth through performance and accountability
Support and eventually oversee team performance and daily operations
What We’re Looking For
Direct experience with HRT and peptide therapy (required)
Proven ability to drive sales and convert patients into long-term clients
Strong communication skills with confidence in discussing medical wellness services
Highly organized with attention to detail (labs, consents, patient tracking)
Leadership mindset with the ability to take ownership and hold standards
Professional, polished, and comfortable in a high-end client environment
Experience with POS/EMR systems (Zenoti is a plus)
