Adecco is assisting our client, Bloom Energy, in seeking a Sr Recruiter for Headquarters in Manufacturing. This is a fully onsite role, Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm. Compensation is $80 to $95 an hour depending on experience.

Overview
Bloom Energy is seeking a senior‑level Manufacturing Recruiter to manage full‑cycle hiring across manufacturing, engineering, automation, production leadership, and maintenance‑related roles. This is a hands‑on, onsite contract role supporting high‑volume and critical manufacturing hiring.

Manufacturing Engineering & Automation

Manufacturing Production Leadership

Production & Maintenance Support

Manufacturing Managers & Supervisors

Requirements

8‑10 years of recruiting experience with strong manufacturing/industrial focus

Recent manufacturing recruiting experience (within last 3‑4 years) required

Proven success hiring high‑volume manufacturing and operations talent

Workday ATS experience strongly preferred

BA/BS degree required

Notes

Hourly contractor role (weekly timecard required)

OT and travel require written approval

Assignment capped at 18 months

Pay Details
$80.00 to $95.00 per hour
