What You’ll Do
Manage a personal injury caseload, starting in pre‑litigation with a defined path toward litigation responsibilities
Represent clients in negotiations and mediations to achieve favorable outcomes
Attend hearings, depositions, and other litigation proceedings as your experience develops
Draft pleadings, motions, and legal correspondence
Communicate with clients, insurance adjusters, opposing counsel, and courts
Assist in preparing cases for trial, hearings, mediations, and depositions
Conduct legal research to support case strategy and development
Participate in client consultations and help guide clients through the legal process
Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to move cases forward efficiently
Who You Are
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
Licensed and in good standing with the Virginia State Bar
0–4 years of legal experience (personal injury or civil litigation is a plus, not required)
Strong legal writing, research, and communication skills
Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
Motivated to learn, grow, and take on increasing responsibility
