Schedule
Rotating shifts with weekend, holiday, and on‑call coverage. Shifts are 12 hours long, totaling 36 hours per week.
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled surgical services professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various surgical specialties, including:
Vascular (open and endovascular)
Spine cases – Neurosurgery and Orthopedic
Craniotomy
Orthopedic surgery – trauma (fracture fixation)
General surgery cases – open and MIS
Thoracic
Plastic – flaps
ENT (trach)
OMF
Robotic
Trauma – head (subdural hematoma), chest, abdomen
Transplants (kidney/liver)
Required Experience
Candidates should be capable of performing at least 80% of the procedures listed while covering off shifts during evenings, nights, and weekends. Experience with agency nursing and the ability to scrub for surgical tech deficits is preferred.
