Part Time MDS Coordinator Registered Nurse (RN) $5,000.00 Sign on & Retention Bonus
Responsibilities and Requirements
Valid RN License in the state of MA
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a long-term care setting, preferred.
Clinical experience, education or specialty skills specific to geriatrics is desired.
Strong knowledge of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines pertaining to long term care.
Great interpersonal skills for effective daily interaction with Residents, family members and all members of the Interdisciplinary Team.
Knowledge in PPS assessment as well as OBRA compliance.
Self‑starter with high attention to accuracy and detail, and good time management skills.
Ability to make independent decisions and follow through with limited supervision.
At least 1 year of MDS/MMQ coordinator experience.
