Junior Data Analyst Duties
The Junior Data Analyst plays a supporting role in data-related activities within our organization. The role will work closely with senior team members to collect, analyze, and present data insights that inform decision-making and drive business growth.

Pay Range: USD $19.50 - $20.00 /Hr.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Collect and compile data from various sources, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Process and maintain manual reports, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely delivery.

Review existing manual reports and assist in identifying those that can be rewritten or automated using SQL.

Perform data cleaning and transformation as necessary to prepare for analysis.

Create visually appealing information charts, graphs, and dashboards to present data insights to stakeholders.

Help maintain data quality standards by identifying and resolving data discrepancies or inconsistencies.

Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver actionable insights.

Actively participate in team meetings, contributing ideas and providing status updates on assigned tasks.

Collaborate with other team members to establish data quality protocols.

Other duties as assigned by management. Must be able to come to work promptly and regularly, take direction, work well with others, work under the stress of deadlines, concentrate and perform accurately, react to change productively.

Minimum Qualifications

Pursuing or holding an associate or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as data science, statistics, mathematics, computer science, business, or a related discipline.

Ability to respond to questions or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community.

Strong typing skills.

Strong attention to detail.

Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Internet Explorer).

Professional phone presence and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
