This position is based in Los Angeles and works daily in an office building on the FOX Lot.
Regular, on‑site attendance at the workplace for a minimum of four (4) days per week is an essential function of the position. The selected candidate must be able to reliably meet this requirement.

Work collaboratively with other department supervisors and coordinators to provide support as needed when they are out of the office.
Stay informed of the latest event & entertainment industry trends, restaurant and venue openings, new products on the market, and other opportunities that could benefit FOX and the department.

Excellent communication skills.
Willingness to get “hands dirty” with packing, unpacking, and lifting boxes, setting up a production office, and standing on feet for more than 4 hours at a time while on‑site at events.
Ability to organize, prioritize, and multitask in a fast‑paced, deadline‑oriented, and ever‑changing environment while projecting grace under pressure.
Ability to work overtime, over many days during a program, and still be able to function efficiently and remember detailed aspects of the event.
Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
Ability to work in a Los Angeles, CA‑based office environment daily, including early mornings and late evenings as needed.
We are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, gender identity, disability, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
