Warehouse Technician

Position
We are seeking a Warehouse Technician responsible for the movement, storage and repair of ice machines and water coolers in our Distribution Center. The position is 75% in the warehouse and 25% in the field assisting the Field Service team. The role requires effective communication with internal and external customers, representing Quench professionally at all times.

Key Responsibilities

Picking and pulling of orders

Shipping and receiving, including ground packages and prepping freight shipments

Performing cycle counts

Achievement of productivity metrics required for each assigned activity

Use Quench ERP system to transact activities

Follow best practices in maintaining a safe work environment and facility

Track equipment and parts inventory

Perform work neatly, effectively, and consistent with established standards of performance

Light assembly work

Requirements

2 years of experience in a warehouse/distribution center environment

High school diploma or GED equivalent desired; technical certifications and computer experience are a plus

Forklift experience/license

Experience using FedEx World Ship

Ability to follow direction

Ability to execute multiple tasks, staying organized in a fast‑moving environment
