Maintenance Technician

Key Responsibilities
Perform mechanical maintenance and repairs on production machinery and facility support equipment.
Troubleshoot equipment and plant mechanical systems; develop sustainable solutions.
Assist with equipment changeovers and line startups, troubleshooting issues as needed.
Participate in Continuous Improvement initiatives, propose process improvements, and contribute to team projects.
Position Requirements
Experience in food manufacturing preferred.
Able to learn basic computer skills to process work orders.
Strong mechanical background in maintaining, troubleshooting, and installing bearings.
Strong mechanical background in maintaining, troubleshooting, and installing seals and gaskets.
Experience with compressed air systems, basic plumbing/piping, boilers, and hydraulics advantageous.
Proficiency in maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing gearboxes, sprockets/chains, belts, clutches, bearings, and brakes in a production setting.
