Role Description
This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Low Voltage Technician, based in Billings, MT. The Low Voltage Technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting low‑voltage systems such as security systems, CCTV, audio‑visual equipment, smart home devices, and structured cabling. The role includes reading and interpreting blueprints, configuring equipment, inspecting electrical connections, and ensuring all systems are installed and running efficiently according to industry standards.
Qualifications
Experience in electrical maintenance and knowledge of electricity fundamentals
Proficiency in troubleshooting and diagnosing low‑voltage system issues
Understanding of electrical engineering concepts related to low‑voltage systems
Hands‑on experience working with electrical equipment and tools
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical and safety guidelines
Ability to read blueprints, technical diagrams, and wiring schematics
Relevant certifications in low‑voltage or electrical systems are a plus
Physical ability to lift equipment and work in varied environments
