Responsibilities
Assist Project Manager with change orders, RFI submittals, and contractor response letters.
Assist with monitoring progress and processing reports, and required documentation.
Interface with municipal clients and contractors.
Coordinate and track all project plans and drawings.
Oversee and ensure construction document deliverable compliance.
Provide all administrative support for the project team.
Coordinate monthly scheduling meetings.
Prepare and maintain project records, including meeting minutes, tracking logs for various items, and all required forms for deliverables to the client.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field.
5+ years of relevant experience within the construction industry.
Preferably with experience on large projects, to help out with payments and change orders.
Knowledge of RFI tracking and contract documentation.
Working knowledge of Procore is a must.
Ability to perform payment review and preparation.
Able to multi-task and handle numerous concurrent requests.
Computer proficiency in MS Office.
Good verbal and written communication.
Proficient with web-based submittal collaboration systems.
Applicant must be proficient in the use of Procore Experience.
