Job Description
Marken, UPS Healthcare Precision Logistics, is the clinical and advanced therapy arm of UPS Healthcare. We deliver contracted services to customers, ensuring SLAs and KPIs are met or exceeded. The role supports business products by collaborating with vendors, customers, and internal groups, and manages daily facility activities including government compliance, inbound receipts, kitting, order processing, procurement, inventory, staffing, inspections, employee engagement, development, safety, security, and profitability.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing delivery or deployment of contracted services to meet contractual performance metrics.
Collaborating with vendors, customers, and internal support groups to support business products.
Overseeing daily facility activities related to compliance, receipts, kitting, order processing, procurement, inventory, staffing, inspections, engagement, development, safety, security, and profitability.
Performing financial functions such as forecasting, allocations, adjustments, and creating annual business plans to meet unit and corporate goals.
Retaining and strengthening customer relationships, including face‑to‑face service when required.
Identifying and recommending opportunities to improve operational efficiency, effectiveness, and capabilities.
Providing support to field stocking locations, agent locations across multiple geographies, and the provider network.
Operating powered industrial equipment as needed.
Executing hands‑on work aligned with UPS business operations, following established processes and safety procedures.
Coordinating and reviewing the work of others while working autonomously within established procedures.
Pay Range
$23.85 - $29.80
