Service Scheduling Coordinator (Must Be Local To CT/MA)
Location: Hartford, Connecticut, United States. Remote office within reasonable driving distance of a CT or MA location.
Employment Type: Full-Time.
Job Type & Location: Contract position based out of Hartford, CT.
Pay Range: $22.00 – $30.00 per hour.
Key Responsibilities
Act as an administrative point of contact for incoming service requests.
Create, update, and manage service tickets and work orders.
Coordinate scheduling and assignment of technicians and subcontractors.
Monitor open service activity and follow up to ensure tasks move to completion.
Support preventative maintenance and recurring service scheduling.
Communicate professionally with internal teams, field personnel, and vendors.
Maintain accurate documentation, notes, and status updates in internal systems.
Assist with basic service agreement and renewal coordination.
Qualifications
Strong organizational and administrative skills.
Clear, professional written and verbal communication.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
High attention to detail and strong follow‑through.
Comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
Proficient with standard office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word).
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience scheduling or coordinating AV service or AV installation work.
Experience supporting field technicians or subcontractors.
Familiarity with ticketing or workorder systems (training provided if needed).
