Production Test Technician .
Responsibilities
Testing many different types of
printed circuit assemblies (PCAs), Modules (mother/daughter board configurations) and Chassis
according to published and controlled test procedures (TP) and assembly drawings.
Diagnosis and repair of test failures, support of new and updated TPs, and support of testing new product development.
Must be able to
interpret electrical design schematics
and support troubleshooting efforts under very general supervision.
Interface frequently with other Test Technicians, Assemblers and work across functional areas such as Engineering, Quality Assurance, Production Leads, and Project Managers. Collaborate with departments at other Kratos locations if and as required, refining requirements to ensure that testing supports the deliverable intent even when not explicitly stated in requirements.
Provide solutions to a variety of technical problems of moderate scope and complexity. Understand and troubleshoot RF/electrical/electronic systems using technical standards, principles, theories, concepts, and techniques. Familiarity with computerized data acquisition and automated test control systems and instrumentation.

Required Experience
Experience with
testing, troubleshooting, and repairing Printed Circuit Board Assemblies
(PCBAs)
Experience with: Automated Test Scripts, Python, Test Stand and/or LabVIEW software
Experience and functional understanding of: Electronic Test Equipment (VOM, Oscilloscopes, Signal Generators, Spectrum Analyzers, Power Meters, etc.), reading and interpreting schematics, IPC-Certified Soldering
Experience with Microsoft Office
Preferred Skills and Experience
Experience with RF Testing
Knowledge and experience with advanced PCBA rework techniques
Experience with any Manufacturing Execution System (MES), preferably Epicor
IPC Certified

The grade-based pay range for this job is listed below. Individual salaries within that range are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, and skills.
Competitive salary based on experience and education
Hourly rate of pay $30-$35 - this is a Temporary Assignment with the Potential for Regular Full-Time Employment
