Job Description
The

Customer Service Representative

serves as a front‑line customer service liaison and is responsible for delivering excellent service to walk‑in customers. This role combines customer engagement, technical support, and warehouse coordination to ensure timely and accurate processing of customer orders and inquiries.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist walk‑in customers with product selection.

Provide technical support and product knowledge to customers.

Pick items from the warehouse to fulfill customer orders.

Process customer orders from entry to invoicing.

Accept and process payments.

Answer incoming calls and route or process orders accordingly.

Pick, pack, and manage Will Call orders.

Maintain showroom inventory and ensure alignment with customer needs.

Keep the showroom clean, organized, and well‑stocked.

Support showroom merchandising and displays.

Perform additional duties or projects as assigned by management.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

High school diploma or equivalent.

One or more years of customer service experience.

Excellent computer and phone skills.

Strong customer service skills and the ability to develop product knowledge to specify and recommend appropriate products to our customers.
