About the Role
We are seeking an HR Advisor to serve as a strategic partner to managers and employees, providing guidance on employee relations, HR policies, and workforce planning. This role blends day-to-day HR support with advisory responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a trusted advisor to managers on employee relations, performance management, and HR policies
Provide guidance on employee concerns, investigations, and conflict resolution
Support workforce planning, organizational changes, and talent initiatives
Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies
Partner with HR teams (Talent, Benefits, HRIS) to deliver seamless HR support
Analyze trends and recommend proactive solutions to improve employee experience
Contribute to HR projects and process improvements
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field preferred
3+ years of progressive HR experience
Strong knowledge of employee relations and HR best practices
Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills
Ability to influence and build relationships across all levels of the organization
