
Customer Service Associate

Responsibilities
Provide full‑range customer support as a Temporary Customer Service Associate via phone, email, fax, mail, internet, and in‑person interactions
Handle high‑volume inbound calls and inquiries related to orders, warranties, product information, assembly, and shipping
Manage escalated or complex issues calmly and efficiently as a Temporary Customer Service Associate
Proactively troubleshoot product and service issues using internal tools and resources
Accurately process warranty orders and service requests
Document and share customer feedback with internal teams to improve service delivery
Support front desk coverage and greet visitors as assigned
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and internet navigation
Minimum typing speed of 45 WPM with high accuracy
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Professional phone presence and strong active listening skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage competing demands
Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure
High integrity, strong work ethic, and a “can‑do” attitude
Key Details
Compensation: $17–$22/hour; based on experience
