Staff Scheduler – Day & Zimmermann
Location: Juliette, Georgia
Responsibilities
Provide support and guidance for site scheduling personnel.
Work with operational teams to develop detailed schedules and keep them current.
Assist with analyzing and auditing scheduling.
Develop and/or modify schedules and integrate multiple project schedules into an overall Master Program Schedule.
Support proposal scheduling as needed.
Qualifications
Some college or post‑secondary education preferred or minimum of five years related experience in a construction environment.
3+ years experience with Primavera P6 and CIMS for maintenance scheduling.
Computer proficiency certifications a plus or equivalent education.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral.
Critical thinking skills and ability to independently solve problems.
Strong organizational skills with a focus on achieving defined results.
Thorough understanding of scheduling software such as Primavera or Microsoft Project.
Basic knowledge of industry scheduling terminology.
Compensation and Benefits
In compliance with state pay‑transparency laws, the salary range for this role is $66,000–$193,000. Final offer may vary based on experience and location. Physical/Environmental Requirements
Visual acuity to prepare and analyze data, view a computer, read, inspect objects, or operate machinery.
Balancing, stooping, reaching, lifting motion or objects over 15 pounds, walking, repetitive motion, kneeling, crouching, or crawling.
Manual dexterity, grasping, climbing, hearing, speaking, and writing complex documents.
Capacity to think, concentrate, read, reason, make sound decisions, express thoughts orally, and write in English.
Expertise in wearing a mask, respirator, or other protective equipment.
Ability to perform all job functions at the company's office or worksite.
Ability to withstand environmental conditions such as extreme heat or cold, wind, sand, fumes, odors, gases, or extreme noise.
