Responsibilities
Responsible for preparing the parts for service repair workflow.
Managing the spare parts inventory.
Responsible for packaging, unpackaging, shipping and receiving of the units.
Verifies receiving and receipting-in of all shipments.
Follow up on lost packages and expedites issues by reporting to the manager.
Places units / stock ordered parts in assigned bin locations in a timely manner.
Responsible for loading and unloading trucks and support the warehouse department when required.
Knowledge of UPS / FedEx/ DHL shipping/receiving requirements.
Provide all compliance documentation related to international shipments and look up any tariff codes if needed.
Takes ownership of specific individual duties as assigned by supervisor.

Experience, Education, Skills And Knowledge
3 years of relevant experience.
Basic data entry/Computer skills.
Basic shipping & receiving & warehouse management knowledge.
Willingness to work overtime/flexible hours as needed.
Ability to use computer applications.
Must be willing to work in a team environment.
Ability to lift items weighing up to 50 lbs.
Ability to work independently and multi-task.
Strong attention to detail and follow through with a commitment to accuracy and organization.
