Our teams help agencies strengthen reporting quality, improve reconciliation processes, and deliver actionable financial insights that support mission execution and compliance requirements.
Position Overview

RIVA Solutions is seeking a Financial Management Analyst II (DATA Act / Analytics) to support DATA Act reporting, financial analysis, and reporting analytics. This role focuses on data validation, reconciliation, root‑cause analysis, and reporting insights to improve financial reporting quality and strengthen compliance across federal financial operations.
The ideal candidate brings strong analytical capability, experience with Treasury reporting processes, and the ability to translate data into meaningful reporting outputs and actionable recommendations.
Core Responsibilities

Perform DATA Act reporting and reconciliations across Files A, B, and C
Support Treasury Broker submissions and validation processes
Conduct trend analysis, root‑cause analysis (RCA), and data quality assessments
Support reconciliation activities across financial and award data
Develop and maintain financial reports, dashboards, and analytics
Support executive reporting and presentation development
Identify and recommend improvements to data quality and reporting processes
Collaborate with stakeholders to improve reporting integrity and overall financial data quality
Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience
5–8 years of experience in federal financial management, reporting, or analytics
Experience with DATA Act reporting and Treasury Broker
Experience working with Oracle Federal Financials or similar systems
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
Advanced Excel skills and experience with data analysis tools
Strong written and verbal communication skillsU.S. Citizenship required and ability to obtain and maintain a Federal clearance
Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Power BI or similar data visualization tools
Understanding of federal financial data flows and reporting structures
Experience supporting executive dashboards and leadership reporting
Experience identifying reporting trends and recommending process improvements in compliance‑driven environments
Salary

Up to $110,000 per year, based on experience
