Marcus & Millichap is the largest real estate investment sales firm in the nation. We are hiring an entry‑level Commercial Real Estate Agent in our Manhattan office to join our Investment Sales Team covering Multifamily, Retail, Net‑Leased, Office, Industrial, Hospitality, and Self‑Storage.
We are looking for upcoming or recent college graduates who are entrepreneurial, motivated, and ready to learn.
This is a 100 % commission‑based, 1099 independent contractor position with unlimited earning potential. Compensation is derived solely from commissions earned on completed transactions and may vary by performance and market conditions. The anticipated annualized commission range for this role is $0 – $500,000+.

Advising clients on individualized real‑estate investment strategies
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree
Excellent communication skills
Entrepreneurial drive
Ability to build and maintain relationships in the market
Strong computer skills
Track record of success (sports, personal achievements, or leadership roles)
Insatiable curiosity
Desire to be part of a positive, success‑minded team
Real‑estate license (not required for initial interview)
