Compensation Analyst
Location: Houston, TX (Onsite)
We're looking for a detailoriented, analytical
Compensation Analyst
to support the design, analysis, and administration of our compensation programs. In this role, you'll ensure our pay practices are competitive, equitable, and compliant-helping us attract, retain, and reward top talent. You'll work closely with HR, Finance, and business leaders to provide insights, build compensation structures, and support key programs across the organization.
What You'll Do
Conduct market benchmarking, internal equity reviews, and pay compression analysis
Build pay structures, geographic differentials, and compensation models
Support job evaluation (Mercer IPE/Radford) and incentive plan modeling
Provide advanced Excel analysis, dashboards, and pay equity insights
Maintain ADP Workforce Now compensation modules and benchmarking data
Partner with HRBPs and leaders on compensation decisions and program improvements
Ensure compliance with pay transparency and compensation regulations
What You Bring
2-5+ years of compensation or HR analytics experience
Strong knowledge of multistate compensation laws
Experience with CompAnalyst and ADP Workforce Now
Familiarity with job evaluation methodologies (Mercer IPE preferred)
Advanced Excel and data modeling skills
Strong analytical, communication, and business acumen
Working Conditions
Onsite at our Houston headquarters
