Responsibilities
Review and provide input on engineering information packages.
Facilitate project safety plans and oversee safety measures in the field.
Schedule and coordinate construction crews, tracking and reporting on project progress.
Actively manage project costs.
Facilitate and develop labor and material estimates, perform material takeoffs, and enter requisitions.
Construction management
Change order management
Electrical and mechanical expertise
Proficiency in MS Project
Familiarity with construction documents
Lean Six Sigma and lean manufacturing principles
OSHA 30 and OSHA 10 certifications
Essential Skills

Blueprint reading
Change order management
Request for Information (RFI) handling
Electrical and mechanical expertise
Industrial construction knowledge
Proficiency in MS Project
Familiarity with construction documents

Additional Skills & Qualifications
Degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field
5+ years of experience managing commercial or industrial projects
Experience in scheduling and managing job costs
Industrial experience is a plus
Work Environment
The position is onsite in Green Bay. You will work Monday to Friday.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Green Bay, WI.
Pay And Benefits
The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $110000.00/hr.
