Job Description: Electrical Foreman
Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to oversee and manage large- to medium-scale electrical construction projects. This role is responsible for providing leadership to project teams, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate will bring extensive electrical construction experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead crews effectively while aligning with company goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and manage large- to medium-scale electrical construction projects

Lead, train, and evaluate project team members

Develop and maintain project schedules, labor requirements, and manpower forecasts

Ensure quality standards and electrical code compliance on all work performed

Collaborate with senior management, owners, contractors, and design professionals to achieve project goals and resolve challenges

Interpret construction documents, drawings, schematics, and specifications

Implement cost‑saving measures and process improvements to maximize efficiency

Coordinate the delivery of materials and equipment in alignment with project schedules

Monitor progress to ensure completion within established deadlines and budgets

Maintain detailed project documentation and daily reports

Provide regular updates to the Project Manager regarding schedule and project status

Perform additional duties as assigned by management

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent (required)

5+ years of experience in electrical construction, including fast‑paced environments

Minimum of 5 years in a supervisory role such as Foreman, managing large projects

In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, equipment, and construction materials

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other project management tools

Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and extended hours as needed

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Self‑motivated and able to work effectively under pressure

Working Conditions

Active construction site environment requiring sitting, standing, walking, bending, and carrying

Work performed in various settings depending on project phase
